NO HEAT (5-LED)

  
 
Get the obvious out of the way:
- Is it Green Power light on?  If it’s not, go to NO POWER.
- Recently unplugged or loose power?  Remember it takes a few hours to warm back up.
     

Is Add Fluid Light on?

  
 

    

 

 

 
If FLUID LED is off, the HEATER LED is on and the TEMP LED is flashing on longer than off, the probe will need to be replaced.
 
 
 
If FLUID LED is off, the HEATER LED is off and the TEMP LED is flashing off longer than on, the probe's thermistor is bad and the probe will need to be replaced.
 
 
 

Has the heater fuse blown?

The fuse is located above the heater connectors in the middle of the green control board.
 
 
 

 

Replace the fuse

Lift float on probe to up position and see if FLUID LED goes off.

  

 
 
Probe is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.
 
 
 
                 

There is not sufficient fluid in base.  Add fluid to 10" from bottom of base to equal 25 Gallons.
