 POPPING CIRCUITS

Repeated popping of GFCI on power cord.

OR

Repeated popping of store’s breaker

It could most likely be either the pump or heater causing the GFCI to pop.

The store’s line is being overloaded.  Plug SW into a different outlet on a different line.

Pump Test

- UNPLUG MACHINE.

- Disconnect Pump from control board
- Replug machine and reset the GFCI.
- If GFCI does not pop again, the pump needs to be replaced.
- If it does pop again, try same thing with heater.

Heater Test

- UNPLUG MACHINE.

- Disconnect Heater from control board
- Replug machine and reset the GFCI.
- If GFCI does not pop again, the heater needs to be replaced.

If breaker continues to pop with heater AND pump disconnected, either the power supply, board, or power cord is bad.  Contact ChemFree.
