NO HEAT (4-LED)

Get the obvious out of the way:
- Is it Green Power light on?  If it’s not, go to NO POWER.
- Recently unplugged or loose power?  Remember it takes a few hours to warm back up.

Is “Add Fluid” Light on?

Is fluid LED on?

Lift float on probe up and see if the Fluid LED goes off.  If not, probe is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.

If it does go off, add 5 gallons of fluid (to start heat) and replace “Add Fluid” light (light would be burnt out).

Add Fluid

If that does not fix the problem, lift float on probe up and see if the Fluid LED goes off.  If not, probe is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.

If Heater LED is ‘ON’ longer than ‘OFF’ then the heater is bad.  This is saying the heater is supposed to be on

If Heater LED is ‘OFF’ longer then ‘ON’ or Flashing Quickly, the thermistor is bad and the probe needs to be replace.  The thermistor is saying the fluid is hot and does not want to raise the temperature.
