No Flow

If the machine has simply 'quick pumping', we suggest you could go ahead and replace the pump.  If you have seen issues such as 'delay in the pump flow after you turned on the pump', 'comes on and goes off', or something of similar issues, go through the troubleshooting guide to check the pump, timer, and/or switch.

Quick pump/timer test (or you do not have voltmeter) for 12" Box on right.

NOTE: This involves working with high voltage, USE CAUTION!

With the power DISCONNECTED from outlet, take brown wire from pump (terminal #5 on 9-terminal block) and connect to brown or black wire coming in from power cord.  This is bypassing the timer and giving the pump power directly.  REPLUG machine and flip switch.  Does pump come on?

    - Yes, replace timer

    - No, replace pump
