No Heat

1, Ensure PROPER STARTUP PROCEDURES:

If you do not follow these correctly when you plug in your smartwasher, the unit will not function properly.
 

1. Unplug and replug unit into outlet.
2. Press the RESET button on GFCI plug (if applicable)
3. Press the ‘Standby/Ready’ button FIRST (If you press any other button first, unplug and start over).

Test float:

  • How many inches of fluid are in base?  2 inches = approximately 5 gallons;  heater cuts off on approximately 7.5" ( app. 19 gallons)

  • If there is sufficient fluid (8"+) and no heat, go through the 05/08 no heat guide

  • If not enough fluid (7.5"-),  'Add Fluid' light is not on, and no heat, replace 'Add Fluid' light and add fluid.
