No Heat

Need to find out what version of the manual machine you have.

  • Is box with toggle switch on right or left side facing the front of the machine?

        LEFT, click here;        RIGHT, proceed.

  •  Does box have a reset button on the control box?

        Yes, click here;            NO, proceed

Test float:

  • How many inches of fluid are in base?  2 inches = approximately 5 gallons;  heater cuts off on approximately 7.5" ( app. 19 gallons)

  • If there is sufficient fluid (8"+) and no heat, go through the manual no heat guide

  • If not enough fluid (7.5"-),  'Add Fluid' light is not on, and no heat, replace 'Add Fluid' light and add fluid.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heat is controlled by Thermostat Switch

Push in the reset button.  If you've done this already and it's still not heating, please call ChemFree technical support at 800-521-7182 x5521
