Simple Questions:
05, 08 Test
Eliminating components to see which is causing breaker to pop.
- Unplug machine.
- Disconnect heater and pump wires from
control panel (the panel is labeled).
- Plug machine back into power
source and see if unit will power up without popping breaker.
- Is it pops, the control panel
is defective; if not, UNPLUG machine, re-connect the pump wires, then REPLUG
machine (REMEMBER proper startup procedures).
- If pops, pump is defective; if
not, do the same thing again with the heater connections.
- If pops, the heater is defective.

If the SW has a GFCI switch, it cannot be the SW itself causing the issue)
